The words, and what is kept of them
Nothing is discarded. A recording keeps two tabs: what was said, and what to retain. You move between them at any time, and tapping a sentence replays the audio at that instant.

Transcription and drafting run on European entry points. Processing does not take place in Switzerland; we say so rather than round it off.
Deletion that deletes
Deleting an account erases the recordings, notes and audio files, not merely the access.
Consent of participants
Recording a private conversation requires the agreement of those present, in Switzerland as in France. The app recalls this on first use and offers an audible start signal at the beginning of every recording.
