The annual plan is charged once, when you subscribe. Moving from monthly to annual within the same plan takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for: you are never charged twice.

What we get asked about pricing

Does the annual plan change the quota
No. The quota stays monthly and renews every month, unchanged. Annual billing changes only how you pay and what you pay.
How are minutes metered
By the length of audio transcribed, not by the number of recordings. A one-hour meeting spends sixty minutes, whether it produces one note or three.
Do unused minutes carry over
No. The counter resets at the start of each month.
What happens when the quota runs out
Recording keeps working and stays on your phone. Only transcription waits, either for the monthly renewal or for a change of plan.
Does generating a second note cost minutes
No. An additional note with another template reuses the transcript already paid for. Only a full re-transcription charges again.
How do I cancel
In the app: Settings, Account, Manage subscription, which opens the system screen. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for.
